Process Lead - FMO Business Reference Data

Penerangan pekerjaanBusiness reference data is the integral part of Financial Market Operations which covers Static and Market data processing across regions and various processing systems. Support Market Data Team in performance of all Market Data activities and static data team for Static updates. This role involves setup and validations of rates captured across each time zone and ensure that the EOD timelines are not breached Generate and circulate the Control reports, track signoffs and escalate to Manco members if the signoffs are not received as per agreed timeline. Develop familiarity with the Asset control, Murex, Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit. Ensure all DOI’s are reviewed and updated on time. Provide proper training and KT to new joiners in the team. Ensure all areas of responsibility comply with policies and procedures. Contribute towards development of control framework to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, Assist the team by taking part in various projects. Represent Market Data Team in Project Calls, Book of Work Calls etc. Processing and Decision making as per the Department Operating Instructions and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified. Upholding the values of the Group and Company always. Compliance with all applicable rules / regulations of company and Group Policies. Ensure compliance with Group KYC, AML and Sanctions Policy / Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager. To take necessary tests and training as per Group and Company Requirements. To ensure that administrative control procedures are followed by staff under supervision and escalate as per procedure. To perform Disaster recovery test and BCP test from time to time. To execute Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Min 3-5 years or experience in the relevant field Experience in setting up static data. Familiar with Financial Markets products Able to manage operational risk appropriately to avoid any operational loss Good communications skills verbal and written. Strong stakeholder management Proficiency in MS Office ie. Job Summary
The Instrument and Product Team is responsible for creating, capturing and validating financial instrument details across various trade processing systems for Financial Markets static. These include loans and bonds, generators, commodity setups, indices, private tickers, market identifiers, curves and holidays. The team is responsible to ensure that the static created is accurate and prepared in timely manner. We have teams sitting in 3 locations namely Kuala Lumpur, Bangalore and Chennai. The team support countries like China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE, UK, US.
