Quality Control Executive

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities :

• Data reporting and analysis to identify errors, analyze data and carry out investigations when required.
• CCTV monitoring and ensuring all staff follow the standard business operation flow and procedures, including unloading, receiving, sorting and loading parcels.
• Report any abnormal behavior or practices observed within the sorting center hub.
• Identify quality issues and escalate to the Manager to take corrective action.
• Document and follow up on quality incidents and resolutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve recurring issues.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
