QA & QC Executive

Location : Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras

Koong Woh Tong is an award-winning health and wellness brand, committed to quality, safety, and innovation. As we expand our Quality Assurance team, we seek passionate individuals to uphold and enhance food safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Oversee and verify daily QC checks in production.

Monitor hygiene and cleanliness of production areas.

Manage equipment calibration and maintain the Calibration Master List.

Participate as a Quality Reviewer in root cause analysis investigations.

Support product complaint investigations.

Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify and address quality issues.

Maintain records, SOPs, Quality Management Policies, and food safety documents (ISO 22000 & HALAL).

Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or equivalent in Food Science / Food Technology / related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin-speaking preferred for supplier communication).

Basic computer skills.

Able to work on alternate half-day Saturdays and public holidays.

Willing to work at Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.

Working Hours

7 : 30am – 4 : 30pm

8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm

9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
