Penerangan pekerjaanTraining Period : RM 3,800 per month (basic pay + transport allowance) After Training Period : Start from RM 5,700 to RM 10,000 per month Pay raise twice a year Comprehensive onboarding and weekly team‑based teaching training Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO) Paid annual leave, sick leave, and public holidays Teach interactive online math classes to international students Use Think Academy’s teaching platform and tools Track student progress and provide personalized feedback Foster an engaging, supportive, and motivating online learning environment Education : Bachelor’s degree or above (recent graduates with up to 2 years of work experience acceptable) Academic background : All majors welcome Experience : Prior teaching experience is not required but is an advantage English proficiency : Outstanding spoken English Personal attributes : Genuine passion for teaching and working with children, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills World‑class teacher training Fully remote opportunity, subject to performance and team needs Team‑building activities A supportive and friendly work environment Referral bonus program Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO) Potential career growth Teaching Track : Deepen your expertise and become a course specialist Leadership & Operations Track : Expand your impact in course development and team management
