Job Responsibilities
Responsible to sell and market Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches (nation-wide)Perform prospecting, calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customersWork with branch colleagues to convert leads / referrals into sales closuresBuild relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for up-sellingEngage in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customersProvide follow up on policy servicing, e.g. payment mode changes, plan changes, trustee appointments, top-upsQualifications
Anyone with working experience is welcome. Coaching and buddy support system are well established for freshersCandidate with bank sales experience is an added advantageCandidate possesses at least Diploma or Degree, or SPM holders with 5 passes (inclusive BM) and at least 3 years of working experienceAn outgoing personality and ability to engage in conversations with people at all levelsGood communication in Mandarin and English is an added advantage due to business needsBe resourceful, results-driven and aspire to achieve a high variable incomeVacancies are available nationwideSeniority level : Not Applicable
