- Assist in the daily in bound call and email enquiries.
- Assist in outbound call campaign activities.
- Assist in Bancassurance email blast activities.
- Assist in complaint case investigation.
Job requirement
Degree / Diploma holders preferably in Insurance or Business Studies.Fresh graduates are welcome.Previous work experience in the Call Centre will be an added advantage.Good interpersonal and people management skills.Focus on Customers.By continuing, you have read and agree to the MSIG Malaysia privacy policy.
