Sales Engineer

who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by delivering tailored technical solutions, building client relationships, and presenting value-driven proposals. Key Responsibilities

Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations (Manufacturing, Trading, Service & Rental). Market AGSB products through online platforms, company website, and other channels. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and pricing. Maintain and update the AGSB website, working closely with the appointed IT supplier. Provide technical consultation to customers, recommending suitable products / services. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries. Consistently secure new customers and expand market presence. Travel to customer sites to promote and sell products / services. Manage day-to-day activities with minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Act as technical representative during site visits and client appointments. Study bidding requirements and prepare accurate cost estimations. Collaborate with the production team to improve design feasibility. Requirements

Diploma or higher in a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, engineering, or related roles. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
