Responsibilities

• Source financial facilities for the company and negotiate with the bank on the terms and conditions of the financial facilities
• Prepare application form and documents for trade facilities (e.g., bank guarantee, letter of credit, etc.) and liaise with bankers on trade facilities or other bank related issues
• Prepare bank account opening / closing documentation and other banking facilities
• Keep and maintain related correspondence, documents and details to ensure accessibility of data for further audit purposes
• Plan and manage cashflow of the company by estimating and arranging the cash flow in and out on a regular basis, ensuring sufficient funds for business operation such as suppliers’ payment, statutory payment, tax instalment, etc.
• Handle any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
