Overview
Manage general office administration tasks including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and supply management. Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and landlords. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking. Ensure the office environment is well-organized and complies with health and safety regulations. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Support the leadership team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (2+ years preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
