Overview
- Perform and monitor all sales duties which include prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service.
- Conduct market intelligence research, analyze demands, trends and pricing.
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launches such as exhibitions and road shows.
- Ensure the sales gallery and sales office operations run smoothly and in good condition.
- Attend and assist customers and corporate clients with enquiries on property information, loan applications and end-financiers.
- Understand and compile customer feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales targets.
- Prepare sales / management / monthly reports and related documentation.
- Develop sales strategies for assigned projects and ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team and agencies, including preparing action plans by individuals and by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Responsible for staff development and motivate the sales team to reach sales targets.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess SPM / STPM and above.EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED : With experience 10 year in property development.Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Able to organize work independently under minimal supervision.Presentable and good customer service skill.ABLE TO WORK IN BANGSAR SOUTH AND SEMENYIH ANYARA HILLS ( PETROL CARD WILL BE PROVIDED)Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
