Sales Executive (Bangsar South & Semenyih Anyara Hills)

Overview

Perform all sales duties, including follow-up with company and individuals lead, prospecting, sales presentations, bookings, loan applications and finalising the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Participate in company events and launches, such as private events and exhibitions.

Ensure the sales gallery operation are running smooth and in perfect condition.

Attend, assist and follow up on customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers.

Prepare monthly sales reports / status of SPA reports on a periodical basis.

To develop sales strategies for the assigned projects and ensure attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior or management to you from time to time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION :

Possess SPM / STPM and above

Experience / Skills

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED :

With experience in property development is an added advantage. Property agent and developer staff are welcomed as well.

Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to organize work independently under minimal supervision
