- Job Purpose Summary
- Provide technical support to the Retail Banking System (RBS) CASA, CIF, Host Teller / DSP related issue; related downstream & interfaced application systems.
- Manages, supervises and work with team to support business applications related functions including user requirement study / analysis, system design, applications development, implementation and production support.
- Assists Team Leads to plan, coordinate and controls resources for business applications development and production supports.
- Participates in user requirement & feasibility study, evaluation and recommendation of business & technical solutions.
- Assists users in understanding & interpreting user requirements, coordinating with relevant parties in business specifications gathering & documentation ,and liaising with PMO & SME in technical solution development

- Provide technical support to Core Banking(CASA, CIF, Host Teller, DSP) Team in supporting RBS Loan related issues and related downstream & interfaced application systems.
- Responsible for RBS CASA, CIF, Host Teller and DSP application design and relevant interface design for downstream systems and e-Channels applications.
- To meet with user to understand the new URS or production issue; feedback and respond to their requested or concerned.
- Performs system analysis, technical design and develop plans for system and business.
- To ensures the changed and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications.
- To ensure all documentation, processes and methodologies used, system development and implementation as per Bank’s standards & methodologies.
- To ensures stability, security and reliability of technical deliverables.
- Provides technical assistance in RBS loans-related areas.
- To assist, discuss and facilitate vendor on CR or production support issue.
- Advantage with application technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG / LE and CL / LE### Managerial
