About The Role & Team

As Airport Solution Engineer, Graduate, you will support the solution design by providing solution and technology choices within SITA Airport portfolio / product solutions used to meet the business requirements of SITA customers.

Reporting to the Airport Solution Engineer team manager, you will be a part of the customer solutions team.

Please note that the Job title on SITA contract for this role will be Solution Engineer, Graduate, as aligned with our internal career framework.

What You Will Do

• Learning SITA Airport solutions in detail by having proper understanding of functions and technical part
• Learning to understand customer aviation requirements
• Work with Mentor Solution Engineer to understand SE environment and contribute to SE team.
• Creating solution for a given customer requirement (simple requirement such as baggage solution)
• Writing simple technical proposal that comprises all the solution components, integration and implementation approach
• Creating simple business case that comprises of all the solution components that includes both software and infrastructure solution and respective costing
• Presenting the solution, business case and proposal to senior SE and team manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to gain and share ideas and opportunities.
• Support account team or competency centers during the pre-contract phases (qualification proposal and contract) with technical designs and advice.
