Responsibilities
Business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects. Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology. End-to-end business analysis and project management on Salesforce implementation projects. Gather, analyze, improve, prioritize business requirements to implement Salesforce Service Cloud. Plan, track, and ensure key metrics align with project deadlines. Identify, mitigate, and resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery. Requirements
Certification or relevant working experience in Service Cloud. Minimum 8 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required.
