We are seeking a highly capable Security Operations Manager to oversee daily physical security operations for a high-profile multinational client. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise and the ability to manage security staff while ensuring the safety of people, facilities and assets. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate security operations within multinational environments and can effectively partner with stakeholders, law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily physical security operations for client facilities, personnel and assets.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Lead, train and supervise the security team to deliver operational excellence.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, local law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat / vulnerability analyses and site audits.
- Oversee access control, surveillance, alarm monitoring and vendor management.
- Drive crisis management, incident reporting and business continuity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with both company and client standards as well as legal / regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in corporate / physical security operations, preferably with multinational corporations.Proven success in managing security for MNC accounts or high-profile corporate clients.Strong leadership experience supervising security teams and contractors.Hands‑on expertise in emergency response, crisis management and investigations.Solid understanding of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, incident management systems).Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Education & Certifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).Professional certifications preferred but not mandatory : CPP (Certified Protection Professional, ASIS), PSP (Physical Security Professional, ASIS) or other relevant security management certifications.Key Skills & Attributes
