Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our hiring strategy—sourcing top talent, collaborating across departments, and driving initiatives that make OUS Group a great place to work. You'll also lead engagement activities, career fairs, and social media campaigns that showcase our vibrant culture. Your ability to maintain accurate data records and generate insights will be key to planning and improving recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical, and corporate roles
- Collaborate with all levels of staff to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
- Draft compelling job ads and outreach messages tailored to market trends and legal standards
- Organize and participate in career fairs, university outreach, and industry networking events
- Design posters and content for social media to promote job openings and employer branding
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities that foster connection and culture
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment data for analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
- Generate insights from hiring trends, candidate pipelines, and engagement metrics
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate transitions
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsFamiliarity with Malaysian employment law and salary benchmarkingExperience with career fairs, social media content creation, and branding initiativesProficient in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet) and Google Workspace toolsDetail-oriented with strong data management and analytical skillsCreative mindset with a passion for employee engagement and workplace cultureWhat We Offer
