Position Overview
The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing Aveta’s warranty and claims operations across its nationwide support ecosystem. Aveta does not operate standalone service centers but delivers after-sales support through Aveta Service Corners (ASC) located at authorized dealerships, Aveta Care on Wheels (mobile service units), and a network of appointed stockists for genuine parts distribution.
This role ensures accurate processing of warranty claims, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce warranty costs, and strengthen product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty submissions from dealers, ensuring eligibility and compliance with Aveta’s warranty policies.
- Perform data entry to log, track, and update warranty claim information accurately.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims until resolution.
- Act as the main liaison with Aveta Service Corners (ASC) at authorized dealerships.
- Coordinate with Aveta Care on Wheels (ACoW) for mobile service-related claims.
- Work with stockists to ensure the availability of genuine parts for warranty repairs.
- Collaborate with customer service, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve warranty issues effectively.
- Assist in developing and implementing new warranty programs, workflows, and improvement initiatives.
- Support audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on claims and warranty activities.
- Analyse warranty claim data to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to reduce warranty costs and improve product reliability.
- Recommend process enhancements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to customers and dealers regarding claim status, required documents, and timelines.
- Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic communication to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
