Responsibilities
- Assist the QC Department with the following tasks : Collecting new raw materials' samples in-house or from external warehouses and preparing labels.
- Checking the incoming jerry cans at the internal / external warehouse.
- Acting as a backup for production sample inspections when the QC executive is unavailable or when requested, due to an increase in production activity.
- Checking the jerry cans after product transfer which includes weight checking, torque, and leakage test.
- Operating inspection equipment such as GC, FTIR, KF titrator, pH meter, refractometer, and others. Tasks include : Preparing testing reports, CoA and necessary documentations.
- Assist in the chemical product development process, including mixing, inspection, and transfer, as assigned.
- Prepare all related raw materials, packaging, and equipment for chemical product development.
- Prepare samples for cleaning trials, such as printing and reflowing PCBs or lead frames with selected solder pastes.
Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent.1-2 years of laboratory experience or coursework in chemistry or related fields is required for this position.Familiar with basic laboratory techniques and instrumentation.Strong attention to detail and able to follow written instructions precisely.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.Willing to learn and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.Possess a positive attitude and good initiative, energetic and self-motivated.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
