Penerangan pekerjaanAs a Service Crew Member, You’ll serve smiles and a mouthwatering mix of fusion eats from Hokkaido Table — blending Japanese and Italian flavors to keep our guests fueled and happy! Deliver awesome customer service that turns a regular dining & movie day into a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet (because a clean space = happy customers!). Follow Standard Operating Procedures to keep things running smoothly. Support your team with any other tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work! Minimum SPM Super passionate about creating and delivering awesome customer experiences Fine with working shifts — including late nights for special events, weekends, and public holidays Confident communicator in both English and Bahasa Malaysia Team player all the way, and always focused on getting results Solid experience in the F&B scene Free movie staff pass Annual leaves 5 days work week Medical coverage & insurance Semi-Flex benefits
