We are hiring for an Assistant Manager, Retail Operations (Overseas role) who will undergo a comprehensive two-month Retail Management Program in Malaysia before being deployed to manage and support international retail operations. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience launching and managing stores in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with both HQ standards and local regulations
• Maintain team morale and operational consistency across diverse locations
• Support inventory planning and auditing for new store setups
• Monitor retail trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with HQ teams and local partners for smooth operations
