Organizational Scientist Consulting Manager (Talent Assessments - Intelligence & Insights)

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Scientist Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network : Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice . In this role, you will leverage your expertise in organizational psychology, data analytics, and strategic planning to assist organizations in enhancing their performance and achieving their goals.

You will work closely with clients to identify challenges within their organizational structures and cultures, conducting thorough assessments and analyses. Your insights will guide the development of tailored solutions that address complex business issues, promoting effective decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze organizational data to derive actionable insights and strategies
• Develop metrics and performance indicators to track progress and measure success
• Design framework for organizational concepts, statistically validated questionnaires and other forms of assessment
• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
• Build out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesis
• Link analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related concepts
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and strategies
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective change management or talent initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends / best practices and contribute to innovation, new product development or thought leadership in the people and organization analytics space
