QA Technician

Responsibilities :

• To perform quality safety parameters for wire and cable products.
• Raw material, incoming packaging material
• To ensure the routine testing is comply to the quality plan and SOP.
• To perform immediate action to address non-conforming quality attribute(s) as according to out of spec SOPs to minimize quantity of non-conforming product. Follow up the issue and monitor regularly at the production line.
• To perform equipment in-house calibrations, testing and preventive maintenance done on timely manner.
• Responsible for good laboratory hygiene and practices, 5S, TQM, GMP & schedule waste disposal.
• Responsible for data entry, perform daily which is required to be accurate for analysis and reporting purpose
• Perform assigned duties by the Shift Executive / Manager within a given time frame.
• Able to act & perform immediate action to address non-conforming quality attribute(s) as according to out of spec SOPs to minimize qty of non-conforming product.
