QC Lab Technician

Penerangan pekerjaanPossess at least Diploma in Chemistry / Science or related disciplines. Preferably more than one (1) year working experience in chemical laboratory or related industry. However, fresh graduate is welcome to apply too. Must be willing to work overtime and in a fast paced environment. Possess Lab Instruments handling experience in chemical industry. The role requires carrying heavy items during QC inspections, so candidates must be physically capable of performing such tasks safely and effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform lab testing using pH meter, viscometer and auto titrator.
- Conduct QC inspection and record incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process and finished products quality compliance to product specifications.
- Perform testing on all new or modified packaging materials.
- Sampling and checking of process water quality (soften and deionized water).
- Conduct QC inspection and report of the rejected or returned defective products.
- Checking and arranging of retained sample disposal.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), responsible for housekeeping and upkeep of workplace cleanliness.
