The Role

The Sourcing Buyer will sit within our tms, Sourcing Team .

Summary Of Role

The Sourcing Buyer role is responsible for running sourcing activities for our clients across multiple categories. The role covers all customers and works together with our product, category, commercial and vendor teams to deliver value to our clients through our running of sourcing events.

Job Scope And Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing events / suppliers to deliver results that align with client needs
• Manage sourcing processes with internal and external stakeholders (RFI / RFQ)
• Negotiate supplier agreements and contracts in partnership with key stakeholders
• Draft, award contracts with suppliers linked to KPI\’s
• Work with peer group to optimise and leverage cost saving opportunities
• Support & assist the Sourcing Managers with their own complex reviews
