Order Processing

Periodical check for all incoming new orders by sales representatives or office via WhatsApp / email / telephone / order form- Print out all incoming new order by WhatsApp, email or call for checking.

Key-in all new order into Auto Count system correctly and accurately.

Generate the delivery order & Invoice accordingly.

To monitor and receive all stock (GRN) and maintain record of all inventory and enter all product information into auto count system accurately.

To manage all incoming goods and outgoing goods, order To be error free, credit check, process, update system record documentation of filling, labelling, consignment, placement etc.

To administer all correspondence with customers, and checks for all order processes and maintain track of all deliveries .

To manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance to timeframe, & quality management system  To follow up all back order and call for collection, liaising with account department for clearance of any overdue order.  To manage and supervise Store and Order Processing Assistant to maintain warehouse and ensure security of same  at all time and to maintain tardiness of the warehouse accordingly. Inspect all stock items and discard all defective products and report to Accounts & Operation Manager & GM.
