Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique HR needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Advise on performance management processes and best practices.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on employment legislation and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Job Requirements
1 year of experience in a similar HR consulting or generalist HR roleStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & EnglishA consultative, solutions-oriented mindset and customer-focused approachA relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldJob Benefits
