About the job

We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Executive to support our recruitment and administrative tasks. This role includes helping with hiring activities, preparing basic reports, and assisting with day-to-day office matters. We welcome individuals who are proactive and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
• Prepare simple reports and documents using Excel and Word.
• Maintain and update employee records and files.
• Support general HR and admin duties as needed.
