Waiter / Waitress - Event Service, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an hourly-entry level employee.

You will be responsible for assisting the Event Service Manager and Supervisor - Event Service in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

You will be responsible for assisting with the setup of functions in the hotel's banquet and conference areas as well as ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Summary

This is a full-time, local position.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree / diploma in Hospitality / Tourism management.
• Work experience in the Event Service / Banquet / Catering department of a hotel is preferred.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
