Talent Acquisition Manager

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successful hiring across various functions and levels. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and delivery.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through digital platforms, career fairs, and partnerships.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM).
