Senior Engineer Automation Equipment Technology

We are looking for a Senior Engineer who can drive the digitalization of our automation portfolio management process, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation. The successful candidate will also serve as a Project Leader, responsible for managing automation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Job Description

In your new role you will : Project Leader :

• Digitalization of Automation Portfolio Management :
• Design, develop and deploy digital tools, platforms, and systems to enhance portfolio management, including data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions with existing processes, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow optimization.
• Identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities, assessing their impact on business outcomes and ROI.
• Lead automation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring effective project execution and control.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed.
