Key Responsibilities :

Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Identify and develop qualified suppliers locally and globally for raw materials, finished components, and services.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, service, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews.

Cost & Contract Management

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Manage contracts and supplier agreements, ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Benchmark material costs to ensure competitiveness.

    • Procurement Strategy & Planning

  • Work with engineering, production, and project teams to forecast material needs.
  • Develop and maintain a sourcing strategy that aligns with business goals and project pipelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes to support project efficiency and cost control.

    • Risk & Supply Chain Management

  • Monitor global material trends, price fluctuations, and geopolitical risks affecting the supply chain.
  • Develop alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate risk of supply disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and sustainability standards.

    • Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain and update supplier database and sourcing documentation.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  • Work with ERP and procurement systems for purchasing and inventory tracking.

    • Office Hours : Monday - Friday

    9.00am to 5.00pm
