CTRM Testing Laboratory provides excellence in testing, calibration, failure analysis, training, and consultation services at competitive costs. We perform materials and products testing in compliance with customer requirements and provide consultation towards international standards. We also provide training and consultation for technical and non-technical subjects.

Role Description

This is an on-site role in Malacca, Malaysia for a Sales Executive. The Sales executives will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in support of the sales team, including assisting with customer service, developing sales strategies, conducting sales research, and creating sales presentations and proposals. The Sales executive will also assist in the management of the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Communication and customer service skills
• Sales skills and experience
• Training skills or experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of sales management principles is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
