What you'll be doing Plan, launch, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic. Own campaign setup including tracking, trafficking, and audience strategy. Work closely with Account Directors around the world to deliver sharp insights and strategic thinking. Collaborate across global teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution and innovative solutions. Manage daily performance, budgets, pacing, and optimisations. Produce standout reports that include actionable insights and competitor analysis. Be the go-to expert in media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, Stack Adapt, and more. What we’re looking for Experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment. Must have programmatic advertising experience (DV360) Hands-on experience managing high value paid campaigns across Google Ads, and programmatic platforms. Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience using it for in-depth campaign analysis. Confidence in using Google Tag Manager for tag setup, pixel tracking, and troubleshooting issues. Proven ability to drive performance and meet campaign KPIs. A strong communicator who’s confident in stakeholder discussions and performance reviews. Experience mentoring or training others Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and loves solving problems with data and creativity.
