Job Responsibilities :
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment
process.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring the HR
function supports company growth and performance.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain
top talent.
Design and implement performance evaluation systems that promote accountability, career
development, and high performance.
Identify training needs and lead initiatives to enhance employee skills, leadership
capabilities, and succession planning.
Support change management, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives to
strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Mentor and supervise HR team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative HR
function.
Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and
compliant workplace culture.
Oversee salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration to ensure internal
equity and external competitiveness.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and
digital format.
Job Requirements :
Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of
the organization.
Remuneration : MYR 5,500- MYR 6,500
