Overseas Freight Forwarding Customer Service (OBD)
Maintain daily relationships with overseas agents, promptly respond to agent emails and business inquiries; regularly update freight rates for overseas agents.
Proactively maintain effective communication with agents during service delivery, accurately understand their pricing needs and service requirements, and leverage this insight to increase agent cargo volume.
Track shipment progress, process orders, coordinate with customer service, operations, documentation, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and timely shipment. Proactively report, address, and resolve special incidents.
Assist BD in achieving budget targets and improving performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in logistics or related fields; outstanding recent graduates may be considered.
Associate degree or higher; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Familiarity with freight forwarding operations, workflow procedures, and specialized knowledge of international shipping routes.
Service-oriented mindset and team spirit; strong communication skills with independent thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
Passion for the freight forwarding industry; proactive and optimistic attitude; ability to handle work pressure effectively.
