About the role

This is a full-time Account Assistant position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, reporting to the Accounts Team at Supreme Gear Sdn Bhd As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to its overall success.

What you'll be doing

  • To handle daily accounting functions, date entry, filling, maintain and updating of accounts records
  • Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Processing staff claims & reimbursement of expenses

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, LCCI or diploma in Accounting.
  • Preferred 2 - 3 years of related working experience and fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting System - added advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and / or Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
