What You Will Do

The Commercial Leader drives Revenue Growth Management and Physical Availability for Kenvue’s brands by leading the Sales Operations Programme in Metropolitan Asia. This role is primarily responsible for pricing strategy, promotion guidelines and process, in‑store excellence, and commercial planning. The role also supports implementing change across the 8 markets within the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with markets to develop pricing strategy and uncover opportunities to grow value and volume
• Lead deployment of Promotion Review process, including promotion plan sufficiency, plan‑v‑actual tracking, and guideline refresh
• Co‑develop Pack Price Channel Architecture Strategy on key brands across Metropolitan Asia Markets
• Lead the Perfect Store capability and execution tracking across markets, collaborating with market and cross‑function partners to set in‑store excellence action standards, enable in‑market execution, gap analysis, performance reviews, and related sales incentive programs
• Own the relationship with markets on Distributor Excellence, including upskilling capabilities, SFA and contract management
• Own best practice setting on commercial planning for growth building blocks and sufficiency for business plan delivery
• Develop field performance tracking and in‑store execution insights under Perfect Store Programme
