About the Role
We are looking for a highly commercial, entrepreneurial frontline leader to serve as our Commercial Director / General Manager – APAC, with full responsibility for launching, scaling, and owning the commercial success of our operations across the Asia‑Pacific region.
This is a high‑impact executive role with full P&L ownership and a mandate to build a scalable, recurring revenue business. You will define and lead the go‑to‑market strategy, drive enterprise sales, and establish distribution and rental channels that unlock long‑term growth.
Our high‑tech solution is delivered through a flexible, rental‑based model, giving customers cost‑effective and agile access to cutting‑edge technology. Your mission is to turn this innovation into commercial traction, strategic accounts, and sustainable market share across key APAC markets.
What You’ll Own
- Commercial Strategy : Build and execute the go‑to‑market roadmap for APAC, aligning local execution with global strategy
- Sales Growth : Drive direct and indirect sales across multiple sectors and countries; own top‑line performance
- Channel Development : Establish and manage a high‑performing network of rental and distribution partners
- Team Leadership : Recruit, lead, and develop cross‑functional teams in sales, customer success, and operations
- P&L Accountability : Own full financial performance, including revenue targets, margin control, and capital utilization
- Customer Success : Ensure strong adoption, support, and retention through a customer‑centric rental experience
- Regional Expansion : Identify and execute market entry strategies across priority countries in APAC
- Stakeholder Engagement : Represent the region with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic clients.
What You Bring
10+ years in commercial or sales leadership, ideally across multiple APAC marketsProven experience in scaling high‑growth B2B businesses, particularly in tech, industrial, or services sectorsDeep knowledge of solution selling, recurring revenue models, and channel partner ecosystemsTrack record of P&L ownership, financial planning, and regional business managementEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and executionStrong communicator, negotiator, and builder of cross‑cultural teamsFluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.Why Join Us?
