As a Senior Sales Director , you will drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and build lasting client relationships with major enterprise and public sector clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute APAC sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performance sales team.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand key accounts.
- Build strong C-level client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven success in leading large-scale sales teams and driving revenue growth in APAC.Strong strategic, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and executive presence.Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.Why Join Us?
