Engage professionally with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide effective support and solutions.Recover outstanding payments based on credit classifications and debt aging.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in line with company policies and service standards.Promote, cross-sell, and upsell products, packages, and service upgrades.Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Perform any other duties assigned by Management.What We're Looking For
