Demand Generation Specialist (Thai market)

We're looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients across global markets. In this role, you’ll focus on creating qualified sales opportunities by nurturing inbound leads and reaching out to prospects within assigned accounts. You’ll work closely with the sales team to turn leads into pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Engage with assigned global accounts to understand their business needs and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Research and profile target companies, industries, technologies, and competitors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and support pipeline conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in the CRM system.
- Follow standard processes and best practices to ensure consistent outreach and lead quality.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or demand generation (preferably in IT).Familiarity with B2B sales and a good understanding of the IT / tech industry.Strong communication skills in English and ThaiExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Proven ability to meet KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and conversion.Understanding of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT.Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.Hirings to support Thailand marketAdditional Details
