Finance Director (Project Accounting / Good Package)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our financial operations and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the construction / real estate or offshore industry. This role requires expertise in Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, cost control, and project risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage WIP accounting and ensure accurate cost control measures are in place.
• Implement and monitor financial strategies that support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
• Review and analyze project risks, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.
