About Our Client

Our client is currently a medium-sized enterprise who are looking to aggressively scale the business.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Identify and implement a new ERP.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • It is essential that you're a hands-on Finance Director who is happy to get into the details. This role is not suited to somebody who only wants to review and direct.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and high-performing culture.
