Job Title : Sales Administrator (2 Positions Available)

Location : Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, Bukit Belimbing, Selangor, Malaysia

Department : Sales

Reports To : Head of Sales

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrators to support our dynamic Sales Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering administrative and operational excellence. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

This position is divided into two core focus areas , each led by a dedicated team member :

1. Data Management Focus

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems (e.g., product names, serial numbers, pricing, customer data).

Track sales performance and prepare accurate monthly sales reports.

Manage and update customer databases to ensure data integrity.

Provide administrative support and data-driven insights to assist the sales team in achieving targets.

Requirements :

Proficient in SAP , Salesforce , and Microsoft Excel .

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

2. Operations Support Focus

Key Responsibilities :

Provide daily support to the Head of Sales, including calendar and task coordination.

Prepare and issue quotations, company profiles, proposals, and tender documentation.

Organize and coordinate internal / external meetings, including logistics and minute-taking.

Arrange travel, accommodation, and event logistics for the sales team.

Handle email correspondence, customer inquiries, and other operational tasks.

Assist with expense claims, customer feedback tracking, and general admin duties.

Requirements :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

General Qualifications :

Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years experience in a secretarial or administrative role.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel.

Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Able to manage stress and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residency status.

Willing to work on-site in Balakong .

Female candidates aged below 30 are preferred for team diversity balance.
