We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to support our expanding portfolio of Hong Kong clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts for Hong Kong clients in accordance with HKFRS.
- Manage and maintain clients financial records using Xero and other cloud-based accounting software.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements using Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools.
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support internal finance operations such as client invoicing, cash flow forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on various accounting projects, automation initiatives, and process improvement activities to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize cloud-based HR systems to manage clients employee records and support HR-related functions.
- Provide supervision and review of junior staff tasks, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines.
