We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Director
to lead and grow the sales and presales teams in Malaysia. This is a senior leadership role that requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence.
This role requires interested individuals to have existing cybersecurity solutions experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales and presales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets. Define and execute go-to-market strategies, targeting enterprise and government clients. Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision makers. Work closely with presales and technical teams to design tailored cybersecurity solutions. Oversee accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements. Collaborate with regional leadership on market expansion and strategic initiatives. Requirements
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the
cybersecurity industry . Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong experience selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise and / or government sectors. Established network of C-level and senior IT / security decision makers in Malaysia. Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L and deliver sustainable growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Why Join?
