Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months Overview
The Senior Engineer of Marine is responsible for the overall management and performance of the maintenance and support function for FPSO / FSO / Marine vessels. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading a team of maintenance professionals. The role requires a deep understanding of FPSO / FSO / Marine operations, maintenance best practices and leadership principles. Responsibilities
Ensure and serve the contract obligations agreed upon by the company and client are met at all times for the FPSO / FSO / Marine operations and maintenance. Ensure that the KPI set by the client is achieved in term of crude oil receive and gas export as well as plant reliability and availability as a whole. Ensure all plant maintenance activities are in compliance with government regulations, Class requirement, company safety, health and environment policies, procedures and guidelines. Execute activities associated with the provision of offshore upstream oil and gas facilities. Regular review of plant maintenance strategies, plan and procedure to ensure maximum plant reliability. Establish maintenance strategies through the use of established maintenance planning tools. Establish the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), selecting a system that meets the business requirements of the group. Assist with the resourcing and establishment of operational departments ashore and offshore for the safe and efficient operation of the Marine assets. This will include the FPSO, Logistic Support Base and operational support in Kuala Lumpur. Assist to promote company HSE and Operational Performance Targets within area of responsibility is achieved. Assist in annual budget preparation and regular review to maintain cost control. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Marine / Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine) or a related field. Master\'s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred. Seniority level
