SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• To assist and support engineer to draft and send out service proposal and service report.
• To involve in in-house R&D study including new process study & testing, chemical treatment study comparison, treatability study, process simulation and microbes’ reactivity study.
• Handling intake, scanning, verification and update related documents to NAS.
• To keep track on status of customer PO and work along with engineer to ensure that delivery is as per stated in the proposal.
• To assist in logistic arrangement for chemicals, spare parts and update the related documents.
• To involve in preparation of all related documents for plant handover which includes training slides and commissioning report.
• To assist in preparation of all related documents for plant and machine start-up which includes Operation Qualification (OQ), Operation & Manual (OM), Test Procedure and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
• Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department including Internal Billing (Service / Project).
• Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
• Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
• Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance towards ISO standard.
• Designing templates for documents, file types and document database.
• Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
