What Will You Do?

As a Junior Site Supervisor, you'll be part of our site team ensuring smooth project execution from planning to completion. You'll work alongside senior supervisors, interior designers, and contractors to deliver beautiful homes that meet our design and quality standards.

Daily Site Activities

  • Assist in daily site visits to monitor progress and quality.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution.
  • Flag issues early and support in resolving on-site problems.

Project Preparation & Planning

  • Review drawings and specifications with support from senior staff.
  • Help prepare site condition reports and understand project timelines.
  • Organize tools, materials, and manpower with minimal wastage.

    • Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly with the design and project teams to translate plans into action.
  • Support subcontractor briefing and site instructions.
  • Be the on-site eyes and ears to keep things running smoothly.

    • Quality & Safety

  • Learn to inspect workmanship and highlight areas for correction.
  • Follow safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
  • Ensure work meets quality and compliance standards.

    • Reporting

  • Submit simple daily reports on work progress and site status.
  • Learn to compile weekly summaries and track key updates.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 1–2 years of experience in construction or interior renovation (internships count too)
  • Basic understanding of site processes and construction terms
  • Able to read construction drawings (training will be provided)
  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative to solve problems
  • Able to communicate with different site teams and vendors
  • Diploma or certificate in construction, building, or relevant field is a plus
