Site Supervisor / Coordinator (Painting Projects)

PaintHero is looking for a Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to oversee painting projects. You will ensure smooth on-site operations, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise painting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
  • Handle material / tool purchases to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and painters for seamless execution.
  • Conduct site visits, consultations, and provide expert project assessments.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve issues.
  • Submit daily reports to management with updates via written reports, videos, and images.

Requirements :

  • Experience in site supervision or project coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation for site visits.
  • Flexible and available for project-based work.
  • Tech-savvy – able to provide updates via messaging apps (WhatsApp, email, etc.).
